What's a good challenge/goal for a micro grinder?

I'd like to motivate myself to play/analyse my play more by making a gc thread, but I have difficulties coming up with good goal


I heard monetary goals are bad because you don't really have any influence on how much you make per session/day/month and there's no big benefit in chasing a certain number....

What do you guys think would be a good goal for a micro grinder?
